Croma - Ambience Mall Noida's Finest

"Visited Croma expecting professional service but was shocked by the rude and arrogant behavior of the store staff, especially the store manager . They were dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacked basic courtesy. To make matters worse, they mislead customers by giving wrong information and delivered a product with tampered packaging, which I believe was a display peice later packed and given to me. When I raised concerns, they showed zero accountability and brushed it off arrogantly. This is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Croma. Never shopping here again! Check the pics."

"Big store but mismanaged. Located on the 2nd floor, Ambi Mall. Lots of promotions & offers happening every day. Wide range of tvs, fridge, ac & music systems. Unfortunately, most staff don't know about the products. Always crowded, people bargain & staff clueless. Promotor's teams & staff don't gel well together, always shouting at each other. Many latest models are missing from the shop, citing the reason, sold out. Overall, an incomplete experience. Chaos & mismanagement can be seen in every corner, especially the billing counters. Customers are made to sit for a long time for the billing. Extremely complicated bills & process, a normal person can't read or understand the invoices, try it! If you want a GST bill, keep 45 mins extra."
